The stator structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor is basically the same as that of the asynchronous motor, which plays the role of receiving and outputting electric energy and generating a rotating magnetic field. There is not much difference in their structural forms. There is no secondary conductor in the rotor of the permanent magnet motor. The permanent magnet on the rotor is attracted and repelled by the rotating magnetic field of the stator coil. The rotor rotates at a synchronous speed, so there is basically no power loss in the rotor, the total loss of the motor is reduced, and the motor efficiency is improved. There are secondary conductors on the rotor of the asynchronous motor. The rotating magnetic field generated by the stator winding and the speed difference of the rotor rotation are used to generate induced voltage in the secondary conductor, thereby generating current and generating torque. Therefore, the permanent magnet motor can obtain greater torque with the same current, and the motor has better power saving performance.
