It can be treated with three anti-corrosion treatment.

  • The working principle of the permanent magnet generator is to use the interaction between the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet and the coil to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy through the principle of electromagnetic induction.
  • The permanent magnet generator consists of two parts: permanent magnet and coil. Permanent magnet is a material that can continuously generate a magnetic field. It plays the role of generating a magnetic field in a generator. The coil is made of wound wire and generates electromagnetic induction by interacting with the magnetic field of the permanent magnet.
  • When a permanent magnet is brought close to the coil, the magnetic field lines of the permanent magnet will pass through the wire in the coil. Due to the magnetic field, the free electrons in the wire are acted upon by a force, causing them to move freely within the wire. In this way, a potential difference will appear at both ends of the wire, that is, voltage will be generated.
  • The effect of electromagnetic induction is more significant when the relative motion between the permanent magnet and the coil causes a change in the magnetic field. According to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, when the rate of change of the magnetic field increases, the voltage generated will also increase. Therefore, the permanent magnet generator needs to provide changes in the magnetic field through the rotation of the rotor so that the generated voltage reaches a certain magnitude. The working principle of a permanent magnet generator is basically the same as that of a conventional generator, except that it uses permanent magnets to generate the magnetic field, while conventional generators use electromagnets to generate the magnetic field. Permanent magnet generators have the advantages of simple structure, high efficiency and high reliability and are widely used in various applications.
