By long time study of factors that may cause excitation failure,we have found a way to avoid this by improving the quality and providing technical protection of rare-earth permanent magnets. The motor proved to run well even under poor working environments.
When the motor get running, it forms certain power angle of the excitation magnetic field brought by permanent magnet on the rotor and rotating magnetic field brought by the three-phase winding, which protects the motor and will not cease operating even under the sharp increase or drop of the load. Self-starting three-phase PMSM has the feature of high operation stability with excellent carrying capacity and recovery performance.
